What is Renova CBD oil?
Renova CBD oil is a full-spectrum hemp extract in a plant-based carrier oil, measured out with a dropper. For every batch, the THC content is brought down to 0.0%; what that means is explained on the page about THC-free. New to the subject? Start with the CBD overview.
So what is the difference between 3% and 16%?
Only the concentration. Everything else is the same: the same extract, the same carrier, the same taste. A higher percentage puts more CBD in the same drop, so you need fewer drops. The 3% is the gentlest, the 16% the strongest, and the other two sit in between.
How much CBD is in a bottle?
Every strength comes in 10 ml and 30 ml. The small bottle holds about 225 drops, the large one around 675. Convert the percentage and you get this:

These figures follow from the percentage and the bottle size. They are arithmetic, not measurements: what the laboratory finds in a specific batch is in the report for that batch. How do you use CBD oil?
Drop it under your tongue, leave it there for half a minute, then swallow. That's the whole ritual. The half minute has a reason. The lining under your tongue absorbs substances directly, while anything you swallow straight away takes the long route through the stomach and liver. How many drops go with each strength differs and is printed on the label; that amount is a maximum, not a target. We won't prescribe a dose ourselves. How is each batch checked?
An external laboratory tests every batch for cannabinoids and THC. The reading guide explains which other tests a complete report should include, and the results are listed by batch number in the quality reports.
How should you store CBD oil, and how long does it keep?
Follow the label. The general advice is to keep it cool, dry and dark, out of the reach of children. The best-before date is on every pack. How long an opened bottle keeps its quality varies by product and is still being verified; until then, we don't make a general statement about it.
