What this site is for, and where it stops.

A short page, because there is little to arrange: you don't buy anything here and you don't enter into an agreement here. What does matter is below.
You don't buy anything here
Renova does not sell directly to consumers. This site shows products and explains what is in them; you order from one of our retailers. That means your order is covered by that shop's terms, not ours. Price, payment, shipping, delivery time, right of return and warranty are their territory.
We remain the point of contact for the product itself: composition, batch numbers, quality reports. If something in the information on this site is not right, let us know through the contact page.
This site gives no advice
The texts here are general product information. They are not medical advice and no substitute for a conversation with your doctor, pharmacist or vet. CBD products are food supplements, not medicines; what the authorities do and don't say about them is on the safety page in the knowledge base.
So never decide anything about your health based on a product page, ours or anyone else's.
How solid is the information here?
As solid as we can make it, and that differs per item. Product values come from one database and are never retyped per page. Values we haven't yet checked against the label or laboratory report are visibly missing instead of being filled in. A number of figures are calculated from the percentage and the contents; those are marked as calculated, and the label remains what counts.
Even so, something may be wrong. If you find a mistake, we'd like to hear about it, and we'll correct it at the source so it doesn't come back elsewhere.
Links to other sites
This site links to web shops where you can buy our products and to the system in which the laboratory reports are published. We are not responsible for the content, availability or terms of those sites. If they open in a new tab, you are leaving our site.
Texts, images and the brand
The texts, photos, illustrations and the Renova word mark on this site are ours or are used with permission. Copying them for your own commercial use is not allowed without asking us first. If you are a retailer or reseller and want to use material, just ask; we are happy to help.
Quoting with a credit and a link back is always fine.
Liability
We do our best to keep this site accurate and up to date, but we can't guarantee that everything is always error-free and complete. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by relying on incorrect information, except where that damage is due to intent or gross negligence on our part.
What we won't do is write away our responsibility for things that are ours to handle. If a product detail is wrong, that is our problem and we'll fix it.
Changes
This page may change if the site or the way we work changes. The date at the bottom shows when that last happened. How we handle your data is described separately in the privacy statement.

We wrote these terms ourselves and did not have them reviewed by a lawyer. We think it is more honest to say so than to leave it unsaid. If you have questions about this, or you are a lawyer and see something that should be better: let us know.
These terms are a translation of the Dutch version; if the two differ, the Dutch text prevails.
