What's in this variant
The 16% follows the fixed natural recipe too: full-spectrum hemp extract on olive oil. The only difference is the share of extract; at this strength the hemp taste is at its most pronounced. The background on the carrier is on the page about carrier oils.
What 16% means in milligrams
Sixteen percent comes to 1,600 mg of CBD per 10 ml bottle, and 4,800 mg in the 30 ml bottle. That is about 7.1 mg per drop, the highest value in the range. How to use it
Drop the oil under your tongue and hold it there for half a minute before you swallow. How many drops at a time, and how often a day, is printed on the label of your bottle, and that recommendation is an upper limit, not a target. We don't give dosage advice of our own. A food product isn't allowed to, and it would make no sense without knowing you.
Keep the bottle cool, dry and dark, out of the reach of children. The best-before date is on the pack. If you take medication, first read what is known about safety and check with your doctor or pharmacist.
